Our Operations team is part of the Internal function and keeps Tegrita running smoothly. Every member of our Internal team helps crush barriers to success for our team the way our team does the same for our clients. The Internal function makes sure our consultants can focus on what they do best everyday!

Getting into the dollars & cents
Every team member at Tegrita begins with an annual base salary.
For level 2 - Operations Manager, the base salary is $65,000 (in local currency CAD or USD).
For level 3 - Operations Senior Manager, the base salary is $80,000 (in local currency CAD or USD).
In addition to the universal base for all roles, job-relevant education, certifications, subject matter expertise and over time, demonstrated contributions and tenure will bump up the base salary. Starting salary bumps will not exceed $5,000 and typically average less than $3,000. We also offer monthly bonuses for work hours contributed. The Operations Manager role is not designed to be a client facing role and will have minimual need to log client billable time. For any billable hours logged, the Internal team is still bonus eligible and can expect to earn <$1,000 annually from bonuses.
